This Terms & Conditions document ("Terms") governs your use of the w1nwin accessible at w1nwin.best and related mobile applications. By creating an account, making a deposit, or using any w1nwin, you expressly agree to be bound by all Terms stated herein. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the platform w1nwin.
01Account Registration & Eligibility
To register and use the w1nwin, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements. Failure to meet any of these requirements gives w1nwin the right to suspend or terminate your account.
- Minimum age: You must be 18 years of age or older at the time of registration. w1nwin carries out age verification and reserves the right to request identity documents at any time.
- One account only: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on w1nwin. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, or devices — is strictly prohibited.
- Accurate and truthful information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. This includes your full name, an active Malaysian phone number, and your actual date of birth.
- Identity verification (KYC): w1nwin reserves the right to request identity verification documents (such as MyKad) at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals that exceed certain thresholds. This is a standard security procedure to protect your account.
- Password security: You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. w1nwin will not be held responsible for any unauthorised access resulting from your own negligence.
Any attempt to register multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses or circumventing betting limits will be treated as fraud. w1nwin reserves the right to forfeit all balances in such accounts and report the case to the relevant authorities.
02Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
All financial transactions on w1nwin are conducted entirely in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Our platform supports Malaysian local payment methods only.
- Accepted deposit methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, and FPX via Maybank2u or CIMB Clicks. Additional methods may be added from time to time.
- Minimum deposit limit: The minimum deposit is RM10 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits vary depending on the payment method selected and your account verification status.
- Deposit processing time: Deposits via Malaysian e-wallets are typically credited within seconds. FPX deposits may take up to 5 minutes depending on the banking system.
- Withdrawal of winnings: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit. Processing times are 5 to 15 minutes for standard amounts and up to 24 hours for larger sums.
- Withdrawal conditions: You must fulfill all applicable bonus rollover requirements before requesting a withdrawal if there is an active bonus in your account. Cash balances with no active bonus may be withdrawn at any time.
- Recipient name: The name on the e-wallet or bank account used for withdrawals must match the full name registered on your w1nwin. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
w1nwin does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals within standard limits. However, your e-wallet provider or bank may apply their own charges depending on their policies. Please check with your payment provider before making any transaction.
03Bonus & Promotions Terms
All bonuses and promotions offered by w1nwin subject to the specific terms stated alongside each offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonus types.
- Welcome Bonus: New members are eligible for a first deposit bonus of up to RM888. This bonus is subject to specified rollover requirements — please check the current promotion terms for the latest conditions.
- Rollover (turnover) requirement: All bonuses carry a rollover requirement that must be met before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. The rollover is a multiple of the bonus amount received — for example, a 10× rollover on a RM100 bonus means you must wager RM1,000 before a withdrawal can be processed.
- Bonus validity period: Every bonus has a validity period that should be noted. Bonuses that are not used before the expiry date will be automatically forfeited.
- One bonus per promotion: Each promotion may only be claimed once per account per household. Multiple accounts found attempting to claim the same bonus will be considered fraudulent.
- Right to cancel bonus: w1nwin reserves the right to void bonuses if there are signs of abuse, including but not limited to the use of arbitrage strategies, opposing bets placed to meet rollover requirements with minimal risk, or the use of multiple accounts.
- Rebates and cashback: Weekly rebates and cashback are processed automatically according to a set schedule. Amounts are calculated based on turnover or net losses within the relevant period.
Specific bonus terms — including rollover rates, maximum bet limits during rollover, and eligible games — may vary between promotions. Please read the terms of each promotion carefully before claiming.
04Betting & Gaming Rules
All bets and gameplay on w1nwin subject to the following general rules. Specific rules for each sport or game type are set out in the relevant sections of the platform.
- Betting limits: Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game type and sport. For Malaysian Super League and EPL football Sports Betting, the minimum is RM5 and the maximum is up to RM50,000 per bet, depending on the market.
- Confirmed bet: A bet is only considered valid once the w1nwin confirms and publishes the bet ID. Bets without a reference number are not considered valid.
- In-play betting: For in-play betting, w1nwin reserves the right to void bets placed during system disruptions or data delays. Odds displayed are based on information received at the time and may differ from actual conditions due to data latency.
- Game results: All casino game outcomes are determined by a certified, independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG). Live casino game outcomes are determined by the actions of real dealers recorded via live stream.
- Technical error: In the event of a technical error during gameplay, w1nwin reserves the right to void or suspend the relevant round. Wagers placed on a voided round will be returned to your account balance.
- Sports Betting – match cancellation: If a match is cancelled or postponed by more than 12 hours from the original scheduled time, all pre-match bets will be voided and stakes refunded. In-play bets that have already been settled are not affected.
05Account Security & Data Privacy

06Responsible Gaming

- Responsible gaming tools: All members can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits, loss limits, and session time limits directly from their account settings. These limits are enforced automatically by the system.
- Temporary break (cooldown): You may choose to suspend your own account for a set period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days) if you feel you need a break from betting activity.

07Account Termination & Suspension

- Fraud and manipulation: Any attempt to manipulate games, exploit technical bugs, or use automated software (bots) is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.

- Multiple accounts: Detection of multiple accounts belonging to the same individual will result in all accounts being suspended and balances may be forfeited.

- Voluntary closure: You may close your account at any time by contacting support w1nwin. Any remaining balance will be refunded after identity verification, provided there are no active bets or outstanding rollover requirements.

- Betting risk: Betting and casino games involve the risk of losing money. w1nwin does not guarantee winnings and accepts no liability for losses incurred by players as a result of betting outcomes.

- Claim limit: Under no circumstances shall the total maximum liability of w1nwin to any player will not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days prior to the claim being made.
09Applicable Terms & Conditions Amendments
w1nwin reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Here is how we manage such changes.

- Entire agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and w1nwin regarding the use of this platform.
